THE OWNER AND/OR STAFF HOLDS THE EXPRESS RIGHT TO ADD AND/OR CHANGE THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT WARNING.
1. Shows are booked once every other week. This gives people plenty of time to roleplay and gives us plenty of time to write the results. Pay-per-views will always fall on weeks between episodes of Strong Style Wrestling, so that's the only case where you may be booked two or three weeks in a row.
2. You will win matches based on the quality of your roleplays (not quantity) and what's best for your storyline.
3. Please do not write a book. I'm not going to take an hour or more out of my life to read your version of The Lord of the Rings. Also, I don't want to see some Brother Nero, Broken Matt Hardy type roleplay. Don't put your inner thoughts. That's not realistic. None of this stuff impresses me and won't win you matches. This isn't a Fan Fic board, so don't treat it as such.
4. Don't use other contracted wrestlers that you are not in control of in your roleplays unless given express written consent first. You may, however, use anyone from the staff page. But do not beat on them unless you ask the owner for permission first. It has to make sense and can't just be for the sake of beating someone down.
5. You may ask why you lost your match, but don't complain. You lost for a reason. Just because you ask, does not mean you will get an answer. Creative may have an idea for you down the road. Don't take every loss as a bad thing.
6. If you have ideas for the show results, please let the owner know so that it can be discussed and possibly worked in.
7. Remember that this promotion is based in Japan, so remember to write your roleplays around that.
8. You get 3 strikes for not roleplaying. If you no-show without warning, you can and will receive a strike. The staff will certainly keep track of this. You will get 3 strikes before being punished with a 1-month suspension. If you no-show after being suspended, you will be released. Bottom line: Roleplay when you are booked, even if it's just once!
9. There is no minimum for roleplay length or amount of roleplays. There is also no maximum length for roleplays or number of roleplays you are allowed to post. As a common courtesy, we ask that out of the gate, you don't post 3 large roleplays and expect your opponent to follow up. Please be courteous and use your brain.
10. We are all adults, and if you're not, you need to act like one. We've all heard, seen, read, and/or have spoken some colorful language in the past. So you are free to use that in your roleplays. But we don't want to see "F### your f###ing a##, you f###ing motherf###er! Go f### yourself, b####!" That's a little excessive and will actually get points taken AWAY when we score your roleplays.
11. Don't be offensive for the sake of being offensive. We don't want to see people being racist, sexist, threatening, hateful, or harassing when you're out of character. Also, don't be racist and sexist in your roleplays, either. If something goes with your character, we may allow a bit of leeway, but you will have to tread lightly.
12. You can only apply as a custom character. Even if it's a rip-off character, you must be somewhat custom. No real-life wrestlers are allowed.
13. Do not make references to real life wrestling federations, such as the WWE, NJPW, ROH. You may, however, reference other efeds you have participated in. Just do not advertise for them.
14. Do not reference real life wrestlers, such as Randy Orton, Shinsuke Nakamura, or Michael Elgin. You can, however, reference other custom characters you control or that you know from other efeds you've been in. Do not, however, advertise for another federation.
15. You are only allowed to control 3 characters at one time. However, a tag-team can count towards that as just 1 slot. So, in theory, you can control 6 characters, as long as all 3 slots are filled by tag-teams. We would suggest, however, that you only control 1 or 2 tag-teams and 1 singles wrestler. As more advice, do not take on more characters than you are confident you can roleplay for.
